Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SarathiOS. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

SarathiOS provides a decision tracking system, risk models, simulated action branches, traction trackers, and AI assistant tools to help startup founders align daily execution with business logic.

2. User Accounts & Security

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all decisions, risk-calibration inputs, and activities performed under your tenant.
• If you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches, notify us immediately at support@sarathios.com.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to paid modules and additional AI token allocations requires an active subscription.

• Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during checkout.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Cancellations: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Read our Cancellation Policy for details.
• Refunds: Refund parameters are detailed in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal business activities or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract core algorithm models (predictive engines / calibration routines).
• Circumvent API rate limits or tenant gates.

5. AI & Risk Insights Disclaimer

Recommendations, risk analysis flags, and simulation calculations generated by SarathiOS are for strategic and educational purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal, corporate tax, audit, or investment advice. Always consult certified professionals before taking critical strategic actions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
