Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 3 July 2026
At SarathiOS, we believe subscription options should remain flexible. You may cancel your subscription plan at any time without fees or penalties.
1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
We support self-service cancellation methods:
- In-App: Navigate to your Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- By Email: Email your request to billing@sarathios.com. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day and confirm.
2. What Happens Upon Cancellation
- Continued Access: You retain access to your paid features, tools, and token configurations until your current billing period ends.
- No Auto-Renewal: Auto-renewal is stopped instantly. No further charges will be made.
- Free Plan Downgrade: At the end of the cycle, your workspace moves to the Free tier. Your decision log data is preserved.
3. Annual Subscriptions
If you are on an annual plan, cancellation halts the renewal at the end of your 12-month period. Refund eligibility is detailed in our Refund Policy.
4. Failed Payments
If payment fails, we retry automatically. After 3 failed attempts, your paid plan is paused, and your workspace defaults to the Free plan. No data is deleted due to pause.
