- Account Data: When you create an account, we collect your name, work email address, and password (which is securely hashed).
- Decision & Strategy Data: Information you enter into the decision logs, risk profiles, goals, traction records, and business profile tools.
- AI Assistant Conversations: Chat history and queries submitted to the Sarathi OS intelligence layer.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide, maintain, and secure the SarathiOS platform and user dashboard.
- Process AI requests and generate recommendations tailored to your startup's context.
- Maintain audit logs of decisions and overridden actions to optimize cognitive tracking.
- Prevent unauthorized access, abuse, and security threats.
3. Data Protection and Encryption
Your data security is prioritized. All connection strings and transaction payload data are TLS-encrypted in transit. Critical fields in the database are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption keys. Authentication sessions are governed by secure JWT tokens.
4. Third-Party Services
Your data is shared only with standard infrastructure partners necessary to provide the service:
- Database and servers hosting the secure tenant.
- AI providers (Google Gemini / Groq) for resolving intelligence layer calls (contractually bound to protect user data).
- Transactional email handlers for verifying accounts or resetting passwords.
